Order Details
Users can easily report invoices directly to QuickBooks with a click of the button. All they need to do is click on the "Report as Invoice" button and it will immediately run the query to import order details directly to QuickBook for auto-reconcilliation.
This section allows users to easily see the primary points of contact for the customer long with the organization that they're associated with. Users can see further details by clicking on the blue hyperlink attached to the customer's name.
Here, users can see where the billing information for the order they are viewing was sent to.
In this section, users can quickly see any customer notes that the customer left upon ordering the product. In addition, users can also leave their own customized notes on the order in the case that additional information is needed.
This particular section can vary depending on the needs of the user. It's here that users are able to edit a wide variety of commission factors that will be incorporated into the revenue calculations on orders.
ote that custom fields can be altered on a case by case basis. In order to change these parameters and edit inputs, please reach out to MedShift Staff.
This is where users can quickly identify which items were part of the order. These totals include line items such as commissionable amount per item, shipping total, tax total, and order adjustments. Here, users can re-order products for a customer if they run into fulfillment issues. MedShift Staff, on the other hand, have the ability to edit a cart.
Note that each individual item has the respective tag next to it which is used to help sort orders on the Order Catalog.
This is where refunds on specific line items will appear. Users have the ability to push through a refund if necessary.
This section displays the commissioned items on the order, how much they were commissioned, who the commission went out to, and the percent of the commission per Rep.
If there are any documents, pictures, or any other relevant files to the order, they can be stored here for future use.
Links for orders will be displayed on the left-hand side of the order information landing page. Here, users can view the order Receipt, view the order as it is in BigCommerce (if the company has that link enabled), or view the order in QuickBooks for reconcilliation (again, if thecompany has that link enabled).
This section of the Order Information page is located directly below the "Links" section previously mentioned. It's here that users can quickly see the status of an order as well as see if there are any ongoing issues with the fulfillment of it. Additionally, MedShift Staff are able to manually assign the status of an order upon request. The options in which the order can be changed to are displayed below to the right.
Just beneath the Order Status section lies the Order Activity section. Here, users can see a changelog of the order's activity. This information can be used to diagnose an issue with an order or see the state that the order was last in.
