User Settings
On this page, Admins are able to see every user who has access to Velocity. They can also see what permissions that user has and edit any other details regarding a user.
This page is also where an Admin could delete a Sales Rep. To do so, simply navigate to the user that you want to deactive and click on the three vertical ellipses located to the right of their user line.
Once done, simply click on the red "Deactivate user" text to revoke Velocity access to that user. Once deactivated, the user's line will be displayed as such:
If you would like to reactive a user, simply re-click on the vertical ellipses and click on "Reactivate user".
If a Rep requests a password change or if an account wasn't set up correctly, the ellipse pop-up also allows an Admin to easily change the account password.
