Attachements
Here, users are able to upload different documents onto a customer's profile.
To upload documents to a customer's profile, a user first must click on the blue "Upload..." button located toward the top right-hand side of the page. Following this, the user will be met with an upload pop-up. To upload, simply drop the file you wish to attach into the dashed box displayed in the image below. Following this, the user can specify the file name as well as can provide a short description of the purpose for the document. Once finalized, click on "Upload File" located at the bottom right of the pop-up.
Users can upload different file types such as .csv, .pdf, .png, etc.
Once the user has uploaded the document, the file (or files) will be displayed in a list format below.
Here, users can quickly see information such as the file name, file size, and the upload date and time. In addition, the two icons to the right of the file provide more information on the document as well as the ability to download the document.
Below is shown the pop-up for more file information:
In this pop-up, users can edit file information such as the attachment name and description. The user can also choose to delete the file here if they so choose. Lastly, the user can access the uploader's user profile by clicking on their blue name set as a hyperlink.
