Customer Settings
Here, Velocity Admins have the ability to edit Customer Custom Fields by adding new ones or edit already existing ones.
Some examples of custom fields could be Birthday, Medical Director, Clinic name, etc.
These custom fields are reflected as input options on the customer profiles.
To edit already existing custom fields, simply click on the blue hyperlink attached to the field name. Once you do this, a pop-up like this will appear:
In this pop-up, Admins can edit custom fields by changing...
- Field Name
- Description
- List Icon (Icons preset in velocity, more icons can be added upon request.
- Placeholder
- Format Regex (what format the identifier will be displayed in (ex. Date format mm/dd/yyyy))
- If the field will be visible to customers
- If the field is required
It's here that Admins can delete custom fields as well.
Further down the page, Admins will find that they can add more custom labels that they can utilize on customer profiles.
In addition, they can also edit already existing ones like you can with Customer Custom Fields. To do so, simply click on any label displayed and wait for the pop-up to appear.
Here, Admins can edit information such as the label name and color. They can also choose to delete the label here as well.
