Presence Docs application is protected by Google Authentication (based on oAuth / OpenId).
The first time you connect, you are requested to validate permissions to your drive, agenda, contacts. These permissions to Workspaces allows you to create documents, list your events and search for contacts.

All your information is securely protected by your own Google token, and only you can see your own information and documents in Presence Docs, exactly like on Google Workspace.
Your access token is stored in your Chrome Browser during your session and is renewed automatically every hour.
You’ll see a “popup” opening briefly to renew your token.
